Once we have received your order, it will be prepared and shipped out within 1-3 business days of your payment processing. We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for all U.S. domestic orders, and they will be sent USPS Priority. Orders over $75 will be shipped for free. If you want your purchase sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to ship your package out Express Mail, if the order is placed by 12:00PM Eastern time (an extra fee will apply for Express shipping). Please note that once a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for any package being stolen from your doorstep or mailbox.
If you are local to Charlotte, NC or the surrounding area, you can arrange to pick your paid purchase up and avoid shipping costs.
Refund Policy/Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds, but you may exchange your unopened and unused products for other items within our store within 7 days of purchase.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to make an exchange and will be returning your product within the 7-day time frame to request the return shipping address. Return shipping costs is at the buyers expense, and a tracking number must be provided for the return. Once we have received the items you wish to exchange, we will contact you to place a new order and get the new items shipped out immediately. If there is a difference in price, you will be charged accordingly and/or provided a store credit. Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at email@example.com . We will be happy to replace your purchase, and ship another once we have received the defective item. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.
